We have recently started introducing a new language selection feature which will allow you to view and use your TrackBox app in either Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans or English. This will also mean that your calls to the ERPC will automatically be routed to dispatchers speaking the language of your choice.
How to select your language:
- In your TrackBox app, go to the Menu (three white lines at the top left-hand corner)
- Select ‘MyVault’
- Enter your MyVault PIN, or Create your MyVault PIN (This further secures your personal information within the app in the event that your phone is stolen or lost)
- Select ‘Set Language’ at the bottom of the menu
- Select your preferred language (Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans or English)
Please Note: This feature is still in progress and parts of the app still display in english even when you have selected a different language, however the ERPC will still service you in your chosen language.
