If you wish to switch to a different ERPC Network:
- In your TrackBox app, go to the Menu (three white lines at the top
left-hand corner) - Select MyVault
- Enter your MyVault PIN
- Select Change Billing
- Select the Premium membership option
l Select the Province that you reside in
l Click on ‘Search for ERPC’, Search for your preferred ERPC service provider
l Select Acknowledge, Select Checkout
- Who will pay? Select ‘Me’
- Complete your banking details, select Submit
- Go through the Debit Order Mandate to confirm your details, Sign, and select ‘I Accept the Agreement’
- Reopen the app. You will now see your chosen ERPC Service Provider logo logo and have full access to TrackBox Premium
Selecting your ERPC is absolutely crucial to ensure that the correct emergency response teams and services are called upon in your hour of need. In a crisis situation every second counts, and it is exactly at this time that being able to have full access to your relevant personal information and chosen ERPC is imperative to ensure a fast reaction time.
Please make sure that you have selected the correct ERPC organisation that represents you. This will enable fast emergency response and ensure that you receive the relevant alerts and information processes pertaining to your community.
NB: If you do not select the correct ERPC, delays during an emergency cannot be avoided.
