AAA-Response App – Premium Membership

AAA Response (TrackBox) App is an emergency application that connects people to emergency services and allows emergency services quick access to important personal information. The interface allows the user to easily report suspicious activities as well as add GPS located alerts.
The Premium membership includes full access to the AAA Response App and supporting services such as 24/7 Emergency Response & Prevention Centre Support, Case Management, Vehicle Registration, MyVault Access, Reporting of Incidents, TrackMe, and GPS Voice Note reporting.

Note: The AAA Response Premium membership is a base product, and the minimum service fee required in order to add any additional products

With MDDR (Mobile Device Data Recorder) installed on your device, it essentially becomes a mobile ‘black box’ that allows us to trace its whereabouts and access data recordings. This information can then be used to resolve a variety of crimes or emergencies such as a missing person, kidnapping or theft of a mobile phone. This app includes MDDR, CoDriver (your digital seatbelt), and Safety Off Mode

Advanced CoDriver Assistance is a comprehensive roadside assistance cover which includes Jump Starts in the event of a flat battery, Changing of flat tyre, unlocking of vehicle in the even of keys locked in vehicle, Fuel Assistance (5l), Minor roadside running repairs, overnight storage, minor accident damage, tow-in services and overnight accommodation / car rental.
Included in this package is the Housekeepers & Gardeners Employment Program (NPO) support (limited to 2x staff members) which includes Employee Security Check, Employee MyVault Account’s, Employee AAA Response (Trackbox) Premium Memberships and Employer access to VCAT NPO legal advice, support and victim support management.

Code Red is a medical transportation service which covers certain costs in the event of an emergency. This package includes Advisory Services, Case Management, Emergency Medical Response to the scene of an incident and Advanced Life Support and transportation for red code patients.
