The Incident Management and Information Capturing System (IMICS) is only accessible to trained ERPC (Emergency Response & Prevention Centre) dispatchers, and only on the activation of an emergency panic. It is the simplest yet most advanced community profiling system in the country to date, which takes into account each and every aspect of a user’s lifestyle. This helps our team of Dispatchers have instant access to relevant information at the moment your emergency is activated, saving precious time in response.
